The superintendent shall use his/her judgement as conditions dictate as to the use of District maintenance personnel or contracting for a special service in the maintenance of the District’s grounds, buildings, and equipment. If the contract with the outside contractor will exceed $25,000, the Board shall first give approval. The Board may approve contracting for management services from an outside company or agency to assist in operating an efficient and effective maintenance program.
