Each building principal will designate an administrative team member, with concurrence of the superintendent, to act when the building principal is unavailable. The designee will have the authority of the principal to resolve any difficulties according to district policy and building procedures. If assistance is needed, the designee will contact the superintendent. The chain of command is on file and available in each of the buildings as well as the Superintendent’s office.
