The board recognizes that some students need special health services to participate in their educational program during the school day. These students shall receive confidential special health services in conjunction with their individualized education program. Licensed health personnel, in collaboration with the educational team, shall determine the special services to be provided.

These services shall be provided in accordance with state law and applicable rules.
