The superintendent shall be responsible for recommending to the board the administrative structure of the district and a definition of the administrative job description, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position. The administrative structure and definition of job descriptions recommended by the superintendent is subject to board approval.

Position descriptions for each administrative position of the district are reviewed at least annually by the superintendent. The position descriptions are on file and available at the  human resources office.

These administrators will work closely with the superintendent in the day-to-day operations of the school district.

It is the responsibility of these administrators to uphold board policy, to instill a positive, cooperative environment with employees, and the share their expertise with each other and the board under the management team concept.
