Students enrolled in accredited or approved private school may attend public schools on a shared-time basis, provided that (1) courses to be taken in the public schools are not offered in the home institution; (2) any prerequisites for such courses have been satisfied; and (3) students are accepted on a space available basis.
The board has the authority to govern and regulate the attendance of shared-time students in the public school.
